Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

If several goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances provided for by German law.

In particular, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• Goods that are not prefabricated and are produced according to an individual selection or specification made by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalized to the consumer's individual requirements.

Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. The health and hygiene exception applies only where the applicable legal requirements are met.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

Where an electronic withdrawal function is provided on our website in accordance with applicable law, you may also use that function to submit your withdrawal electronically.

4. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that you have been properly informed of this obligation in accordance with applicable law.

Please return products securely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

5. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For contracts involving the purchase of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, subject to the requirements of applicable law.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
